Sarah E. Countryman Named JCC Athlete of the Week
Watertown, NY--Freshman forward, Sarah E. Countryman, of the Jefferson Community College (JCC) women’s basketball team was named JCC athlete of the week for the week ending November 10, 2008. JCC's athlete of the week program is sponsored by Victory Promotions. Sarah, a 2007 graduate of General Brown Central School, is majoring in business administration at Jefferson. Countryman’s accomplishments on the court during the past week include 11 points and 11 rebounds in the Lady Cannoneer’s win against North Country Community College. Sarah is a hard worker and very dedicated to the team!
