After working all day, do you crave the feeling of refreshment and renewed energy? On Wednesday, April 23rd at Jefferson Community College (JCC), the Continuing Education Department will observe Administrative Professionals Week with a luncheon and seminar entitled The ‘Wholistic’ Life.
Join your colleagues and Reiki Master, Rosalind Shorter for an exploration of how holistic practices can improve your spiritual and mental health. Demonstrations of Reiki and meditative practices will occur. Seminar topics include:
Rosalind Shorter has achieved the three levels of becoming a Reiki Master and completed the initiation process to practice. She is an associate professor of psychology at JCC. Shorter holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Butler University and a Master’s degree from Indiana State University.

COST: $45 includes luncheon and seminar / $10 JCC Staff
