Headley Named JCC Athlete of the Week
Watertown, NY – Sophomore forward, Byron R. Headley, of the Jefferson Community College (JCC) men’s basketball team was named JCC athlete of the week for the week ending February 4, 2008. JCC's athlete of the week program is sponsored by Victory Promotions. Headley, a 2006 graduate of Newtown High School in Queens, NY, is majoring in individual studies at Jefferson. Byron’s accomplishments for the week include 19 points, 14 rebounds, and 3 blocks against Broome Community College.
