In conjunction with the State University of New York’s (SUNY) statewide Financial Aid Day, Jefferson Community College (JCC) will hold a local Financial Aid Day on Saturday, February 2, 2008, from 8:45 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. in Jules Center, Building 6.
During Financial Aid Day, prospective SUNY students can learn about higher education funding opportunities including loans, grants, student employment and scholarships. SUNY Financial Aid Day is open to students who anticipate attending JCC or any other SUNY institution.
The agenda includes a general financial aid presentation that will cover the basics of financial aid including how to apply. There will be a second, detailed presentation on the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). JCC’s computer lab will be open for students ready to obtain their PIN or ready to enter their FAFSA form online. JCC financial aid staff will be on hand to answer questions and assist.

Open Computer Lab in Room 6-201 & 6-203, Jules Center. Obtain a PIN and/or enter your FAFSA online. Work independently on the computer with assistance from financial aid staff.
