Be our guest for an enjoyable culinary experience at Jefferson Community College (JCC)! Join Jefferson’s Table for its Spring Luncheon Series in the Walker Instructional Dining Room, Jules Center. Jefferson’s Table is a club created by the Business Division at JCC to bring together people with interests in culinary arts and travel, as well as culture and new experiences.
When you dine at Jefferson’s Table, behind the kitchen doors are JCC hospitality and tourism students. Under the direction of guest chef and adjunct instructor Boo Wells, the Spring Luncheon Series takes on a new twist - students will be given two main ingredients and a seasonal vegetable and from there, they will devise creative menus and prepare a delectable luncheon buffet. Don’t forget dessert! They too will be provided by JCC students, under the direction of adjunct instructor Cathy Gallagher.

The luncheons all begin at 12:30 p.m. with the exception of the special April 4 luncheon, which will begin at 11:30 a.m. All of the menus are subject to change with the availability of ingredients.
Each luncheon costs $10 per person for Jefferson’s Table members, additional guests of members, and JCC faculty and staff. Non-members will be charged $12 per person.
It is recommended that reservations be made two weeks prior to the luncheon date. Reservations can be made by calling Kim Mattraw at (315) 786-2495 or email kmattraw@sunyjefferson.edu. When making reservations please provide your name, number of people and a contact phone number. Jefferson’s Table members will receive seating preference.
