SUNY Potsdam will hold an open house on Thursday, April 24th for individuals interested in earning a B.S. in Business Administration degree, Master’s degree in education or a Master’s degree in teaching through SUNY Potsdam's partnership with Jefferson Community College.
The open house will take place from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. in the Walker Instructional Dining Room, Jules Center, Building 6.
Information will be available for new students interested in JCC and SUNY Potsdam's jointly registered program, whereby qualified students are accepted jointly by both Colleges, as well as for those who currently hold an associate's degree or have successfully completed 60+ hours of college-level course work. The program is designed to accommodate busy schedules and many courses are offered on evenings and weekends.
Teachers who are currently certified have the opportunity to earn a Master of Science degree in education through SUNY Potsdam’s partnership with JCC. Additionally, the partnership provides the opportunity to earn a Master of Science degree in teaching that leads to initial certification (grades 1-6).
