2010 Alumni Awards - Seeking Nominations

Jefferson Community College (JCC) Alumni Association is accepting nominations for the 2010 Distinguished Alumni Awards. Jefferson will honor alumni who have exemplified outstanding commitment to their profession, community, academia, or Jefferson Community College. Nominations will be considered for alumni award categories including: Rising Star, Jefferson Professional Achievement, Distinguished Service, and Jeffersonian.

Nominations, accepted from all sources, must include a letter of nomination or nomination form (PDF), available by contacting the alumni office. Nominees may work and reside throughout the world; awards are not limited to those living in New York.

A candidate must demonstrate a personal, professional, academic, or community achievement of an exceptional nature and must have earned a degree or certificate from Jefferson Community College.

Honorees will be selected by the alumni awards sub-committee of the Alumni Association board of directors. Distinguished Alumni Awards will be presented to honorees at a ceremony and reception at Jefferson Community College in April 2010.
