Application for Degree/Certificate

All candidates for a degree or certificate must submit an Application for Degree/Certificate (PDF) during their last semester of coursework. This application is the candidate’s formal request to the Registrar’s Office for an audit of his or her academic record to determine eligibility for a degree and/or certificate from JCC. This form must be fully completed, signed, and mailed to the JCC Registrar's Office.

Right to Privacy

The Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) affords students certain rights with respect to their educational records. View your rights under FERPA and download a Privacy Request Form (PDF).
