Application for Degree/Certificate
All candidates for a degree or certificate must submit an Application for Degree/Certificate during their last semester of coursework. This application is the candidate’s formal request to the Registrar’s Office for an audit of his or her academic record to determine eligibility for a degree and/or certificate from JCC. Please click on the following link to obtain the Application for Degree/Certificate. This form must be fully completed, signed and mailed to the JCC Registrar's Office.
