To View Unofficial Transcript:
- Log into SOAR (Student Online Access to Records)
- Enter Student Services
- Type College Wide I.D. (CWID) number or Social Security Number and PIN (default PIN is six-digit date of birth -- example 021568 for February 15, 1968). Be prepared to change your PIN immediately.
- At the top menu, click Student Records
- Click Unofficial Transcript
Right to Privacy
The Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) affords students certain rights with respect to their educational records. View your rights under FERPA and download a Privacy Request Form (form is in pdf format and requires Adobe Acrobat Reader).
