Replacement Diploma
If your Jefferson Community College diploma has been destroyed or misplaced, you may request a Replacement Diploma. Replacement cost is $30. Please click on the following link to obtain the replacement request form. This form must be fully completed, signed and mailed to the JCC Registrar's Office, along with the $30 fee.
