Replacement Diploma
If your Jefferson Community College diploma has been destroyed or misplaced, you may request a Replacement Diploma. Replacement cost is $30. The replacement diploma request form (PDF) must be completed, signed, and mailed to the JCC Registrar’s Office, along with the $30 fee.
