Student Housing

Jefferson Community College does not have on-campus housing at this time, but plans are currently underway for the construction of residence halls on campus with anticipated availability for the Fall 2014 semester.  The residence halls will be owned by the Faculty Student Association at JCC, a non-profit organization that provides ancillary service in support of the College, and will be operated and managed in partnership with Jefferson Community College.

Currently, there are neighboring apartments that offer special academic year (9-month) leases to Jefferson students. The apartments are within walking distance to campus, public transit and groceries.

Please note:  Jefferson Community College takes no responsibility for screening or approving any off-campus housing and is in no way involved in any consideration which may arise between landlords and tenants of housing located off Jefferson’s campus.
