This course is for girls and boys who love science, especially chemistry. You will learn how chemistry scientists set up and conduct lab experiments using proper laboratory practices and procedures. You will be able to manipulate reaction rates, conduct solubility and acid base titrations; and participate in "magical" chemical demonstrations. There are several hands-on exercises with polymers, catalysts and the chemistry of everyday materials.
