STEaM Institute/Workshops

Continuing Education is not just for adult learners! We have programming that is fun and educational for kids and their families to attend. We have kids’ workshops focusing on Science, Archery and the Arts.  Kids have fun and parents like them because our day camps are affordable and some are cross-curricular, supporting core curriculum standards in Science, Mathematics, Language Arts, History and Technology (STEM compliant). Much of our kids' workshop and camp programming revolves around summer day camps, offered during the months of July and August.  Kids day camps and workshops are currently held on our Jefferson Community College campus in Watertown, New York.

Click on any of the workshop titles below for more information including dates, times, and costs.

Note to parents:  Please dress your child according to the weather. Apply sunscreen prior to dropping off camper. Kids should bring a bottle of water to each camp they attend. Have your child bring a bagged lunch to each camp they attend over the lunch hour. Please indicate at registration your preferences and let us also know of any allergies or medical conditions. To register, children must have completed the minimum grade level to attend. For example, if a workshop is 5th grade and older, a child must have already completed 5th grade to attend.
