Hooping is the latest fun fitness trend that is sweeping the nation. The activity of ‘hooping’ involves hula hooping with large customized hoops that are designed to grip your body. Since these hoops are more sturdy and larger than the common hula hoop found in a store, which is generally light weight and child size, they are much easier to get the hang of, and gain a new level of control. Men, women, and children of any age, shape or size will find they can keep it going and have a blast! Hooping is a low impact cardio workout. The benefits include: building core strength, toning the body, increasing flexibility, and improving muscle memory. (CED 268 701)
