You must request appropriate, official transcripts from your source institutions to be sent directly to Jefferson Community College if you want all of your potential credits to be considered.

Potential sources of credit:

1. Credits earned at regionally accredited colleges and universities (Transcript Request Form.)
2. Credits earned at some (not all) vocational/trade schools.
3. Credits from CLEP/DSST/RCEP examinations.
4. Credits from Advanced Placement courses/examinations.
5. Credits recommended by the American Council on Education for formal Army service schools and for some Army MOSs (AARTS Transcript/DD Form 295 or AARTS Transcript Delivery Web Site).
6. Credits for Defense Language Institute courses.
7. Credits for Defense Language Proficiency Test (DLPT version III and IV only).
8. Credits for Marine Corps Institute correspondence courses.
9. Credits for Army Logistics Management College correspondence courses.
10. Credits from the Community College of the Air Force.
11. Credits recommended by the American Council on Education for formal Navy, Marine, Coast Guard service schools and for some specialty ratings/MOSs (SMARTS, DD Form 295, DD Form 214).
