Cannon Cash

FSA offers the opportunity to establish prepaid debit accounts on your SUNYCard.  The account, known as Cannon Cash, offers students, faculty, and staff a convenient method for making purchases in the Bookstore, the Courtyard, the Corner Café, the Smooth Brew, on-campus vending machines, and the Student Activities office.  Cannon Cash funds may be added to the SUNYCard using the following three methods.

  1. To use financial aid money, you will need to contact Enrollment Services located in Jules Building, Room 6-010; during the hours below.  At the beginning of each semester, for two weeks, students receiving financial aid may designate a portion of that aid to be added to their Cannon Cash account by making arrangements with Enrollment Services.

          Fall and Spring Hours:    Monday – Friday             9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. 

          Summer Hours:                Monday – Thursday       8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

                                                        Friday                                 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.


    2. To pay by phone with a credit card, call the Faculty Student Association (FSA) at (315) 786-2354.                                                                            Monday – Thursday from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. and Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. 

    3. To use cash, check, or credit card in the Faculty Student Association (FSA) office in room 2-014 in the Guthrie Bldg.                                          Monday – Thursday from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. and Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

Funds may be added at any time; normally the account is debited at the time of purchase.  Please note that it may take up to 24 hours for Cannon Cash to be activated.
