Ask Us 24/7 is a live online reference service that connects users to professional librarians via a web-based chat interface. This free service is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
Please note that this service cannot effectively deal with all kinds of needs. In some cases the librarians answering your question may not be JCC library staff members. As such, you may find it more convenient to email, call or visit the library.
