ACCESSING JCC LIBRARY DATABASES FROM YOUR HOME/OFFICE
Remote access to the library's online databases is available to current JCC students, faculty, and staff using the following procedure:
- Go to http://www.sunyjefferson.edu
- Under “Current Students” choose “Library”
- Click on the “Articles – JCC Databases” link on the left menu under Begin Research Here
- Select a subject category and then select a database
- Find electronic books using by using CannonCat, JCC’s online catalog
- You will be prompted for a user name & password
- Your user name and password is the same as your Cannon Mail user name and password. The user name is your first initial, your last name (all in lower case) and the month and day of your birth date (mmdd format). Omit spaces and punctuation.
- Your password, if you have not changed it for Cannon Mail, is your
birth date in six-digit format (mmddyy). For your password
on birth months 1-9 you must drop the leading zero.
