Evaluation of Military Training and Experience

JCC awards the maximum American Council on Education (ACE) recommended credits for formal military service schools and military occupational specialties.  Credits for military training and experience can provide soldiers with advanced standing in their degree programs.

To receive an evaluation of military training and experience, soldiers must complete admissions requirements and have appropriate military transcripts sent to the admissions office.

• Army:  Army/American Council on Education Registry Transcript System
• Navy/Marines:  Sailor/Marine American Council on Education Registry Transcript System 
• Coast Guard:  US Coast Guard Transcript  
• Air Force:  Community College of the Air Force

Please note:  During the upcoming 2012-2013 school year, the Army and Coast Guard transcript systems will be merged into the Navy/Marine transcript system.  The transcript will be called the Joint Services Transcript or JST.
