Eligibility for a Jefferson Community College SOCAD Student Agreement
To be eligible to receive a SOCAD Student Agreement, a Jefferson Community College student must:
- Be an active duty member of the Military Services or a Family Member
- Be matriculated into a Jefferson Community College SOCAD Degree program
- Have submitted a "Request for a SOCAD Student Agreement" form
- Have completed 6 semester hours of Jefferson Community College course work
- Have earned a 2.00 Grade Point Average

Only the following Jefferson Community College degree programs are included in the Army's SOCAD program:

| Criminal Justice, AS | Office Technology, AAS (Medical Office) |
| Hospitality & Tourism, AAS | Paralegal, AAS |
