On October 10, Jefferson Community College (JCC) Foundation officially dedicated five granite benches that had been donated to the College in honor of its 50th Anniversary. Benches, each four feet long, are engraved by donors and installed around the JCC clock tower. Above, Elizabeth C. “Beth” Fipps (left), chair of the Fort Drum Regional Liaison Organization board of directors, and Joseph E. McLaughlin (right), former president of the Association of the United States Army (AUSA) stand next to a bench donated by Fort Drum Regional Liaison Organization, Fort Drum Regional Health Planning Organization, AUSA and the National Association of the 10th Mountain Division. Four other benches were donated by Northern Federal Credit Union, Class of 1981, Class of 2012 and one anonymous.
