JCC Board of Trustees Elects Officers

At its July 3, 2013 meeting, the Jefferson Community College (JCC) Board of Trustees re-elected Michael W. Crowley, Black River, as Chair and elected James P. Scordo, Watertown, as Vice Chair; both are one-year terms. 

Mr. Crowley, a certified public accountant and president of Crowley & Halloran, CPAs, P.C., was appointed by the Jefferson County Board of Legislators to the JCC Board of Trustees in 2008.  He has previously chaired the Facilities Committee and the Budget and Planning Committee. 



Mr. Scordo, executive director of the Credo Community Center for the Treatment of Addictions, was appointed to the Board of Trustees in 2009 by then-New York Governor David Paterson. He currently serves on both the Budget and Planning and Personnel Committees.  Mr. Scordo succeeds Doris G. McLallen who has served as vice chair of the Board for the last year.
