Jefferson's Table Luncheon Series features International Fare
Jefferson’s Table was created by the Jefferson Community College (JCC) business division to provide the College’s culinary arts students the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a formal setting while bringing community members together for a new cultural experience. Each year, the Spring semester features a series of international luncheons and the Fall semester features a gourmet dinner series. Meals are prepared and served by JCC culinary arts students under the direction of assistant professor Alexander Pope Vickers.
The cost of lunch is $12 per person for Jefferson’s Table.Each luncheon is held between 12:00 p.m. and 1:30 p.m. in the Walker Instructional Dining Room, Jules Center (building 6) on campus. Seating is limited therefore reservations are required two weeks prior to the dinner date.
