Once you’re there, enter in your username which is the first initial of your first name followed by your full last name and the two month and two day of your birthdate
Student at Computer:
Well it’s going to be kind of hard to log in when you’re taking up the entire screen you know

Sorry about that
Once you’re logged in , you have to change your password. Once your password is changed you’ll have instant access to SOAR, CannonMail, BlackBoard and the Bibrary databases
Upset Student:

The wifi access point on campus is called JCC Students. To login to JCC students, you need to use your portal username and portal password.
Much happier upset student:

IT Guy:
Don’t forget that your portal name and password, in addition, to gaining access to the wireless access points on campus will also be used to login to BlackBoard, the Library databases and the computers on campus

Hey IT guy. I’m trying to log into SOAR with my blackboard username and password and it’s not working for me. Can you help me out?
IT Guy:
Oh, so you’re trying to log into SOAR. You can access it by using your J# or your social security number. Your J# should have been given to you by your advisor. Once you’re in SOAR you can check your grades, your transcript, your financial aid or your schedule.
IT Guy in Open Lab:
If you’re looking for computers to use on campus, there’s the open lab in building 6 with Greg and the library over in building 5 with Cat.
