JCC to hold Second Week for Quick Admit

Jefferson Community College (JCC) is extending Quick Admit Week to Friday, August 15, 2014. Anyone interested in expediting the college application process in order to prepare to start classes on August 25 should consider attending. One-on-one assistance will be available every day Monday through Friday, August 11-15 in the Welcome Center, Room 6-005, from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. to help prospective students complete the college application, financial aid forms and the student housing application (if applicable).

A tour of JCC’s campus, including East Hall student housing, will be available.  Enjoy lunch in the college’s new Corner Café! Getting accepted to Jefferson and preparing to start classes in August doesn’t get any easier than this! 

When attending JCC’s quick admit week, bring these two items:

1.  A completed Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) form or a copy of your (and your parent’s, if applicable) 2013 W-2’s and tax forms.  FAFSA forms are available online and in the JCC Financial Services office, Room 6-024. If you have not registered for a PIN, please do so at www.pin.ed.gov

2.  High school graduation verification (copy of your transcript or GED).
