JCC Supports Cardiovascular Health! Zumba Benefit Mar. 13

Have you caught the Zumba bug? Experienced dancers and newcomers alike are invited to Zumba for a good cause at Jefferson Community College (JCC) on Sunday, March 13 from 2:00 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. in the McVean Student Center Gymnasium. Cost is $10 at the door. All proceeds benefit the American Heart Association. The doors will open at 1:00 p.m. at parking lot D, gymnasium entrance, only.

Zumba is a fitness class that melds Latin rhythms with easy-to-follow moves. Popular Zumba instructor Angelica Robinson will lead the class.
