Health & Wellness Center

The Health and Wellness Center is staffed by a Registered Nurse, a Licensed Counselor, and a Typist. Please stop by if you would like to see the RN or to make an appointment with the Counselor.  In addition, during the fall and spring semesters, a Health Care Provider is available to see students on Mondays and Thursdays from 12p.m. to 1:30 p.m. for acute care needs. No appointment is necessary.

Services for Students

• Basic care for minor illnesses and injuries
• Referral to specialists
• Short-term personal counseling
• Mental health/community referrals
• Educational materials on health issues
• Influenza and PPD clinics

There is no charge for an office visit, but students are responsible for off-campus costs, including laboratory work, x-rays, pharmaceuticals, supplies, and injections.
