The Jefferson Community College SOAR information is available through the College website from Monday to Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. EST and all day Saturday and Sunday.
Through Jefferson Community College’s Student Online Access to Records (SOAR) you can apply to the College, see the most current Course Schedule and Course Descriptions without a password and PIN.
Once logged in, SOAR provides access to information your class schedule; your current final grades; your degree audit and, your unofficial transcripts. You can also update your permanent, local and billing addresses; review your financial ad and accounting statements; and, change your PIN.
Remember: An online Degree Audit is provided to assist you and your Academic Advisor in monitoring your progress toward meeting degree requirements at Jefferson Community College. It is critical that you review for accuracy the data displayed in the field labeld “Degree Expected Term” on your Degree Audit, and notify the Registrar’s Office (located in room 6-024 in the Jules Center, phone 315-786-2416) immediately of any errors. You are expected to consult regularly with you Academic Advisor for guidance in course selection and other academic matters.
