Student Government (SG) is a representative government with both student elected and others appointed positions. The government structure acts for the student body in matters promoting the general welfare of the College. The SG establishes a representative government through which the student body may register its concerns. It derives its authority from the student body and the Board of Trustees of Jefferson Community College.
The SG consists of three legislative bodies: the Executive Board, the Assembly and the Judicial Board of Review.
