- Individualized Supportive Counseling: Meet with a counselor to get assistance with your unique needs and concerns.

Personal Support Outreach
- The Jefferson Personal Support Newsletter: Four newsletters are published each year, containing important information pertaining to personal growth and development.
- Electronic Bulletin Board Updates: Important information is posted on the campus electronic bulletin boards on a weekly basis pertaining to personal growth and development.
- Classroom Presentations: The Personal Support Counselor will visit classes to provide information on life skills development and coping.
- Comprehensive Self-help BlackBoard Site: This site includes links to self-screening tools for depression, eating disorders, substance abuse and anxiety, as well as printable handouts on strategies for developing and managing life-skills.
