  • Jefferson Community College (JCC) will present Yamatai, a dynamic Japanese drumming ensemble from Cornell University, on Thursday, November 20, 2025, at 6:30 p.m. in Sturtz Theater. Admission is free and the public is welcome. The JCC food closet welcomes donations of non-perishable food and hygiene items.

  • Sophomore forward, Brandon Dodge of the Jefferson Community College (JCC) men's basketball team, was named JCC athlete of the week for the week ending November 9, 2025.

  • The community is warmly invited to attend an important and insightful series of Nuclear Energy Public Forums hosted by Jefferson Community College's Center for Community Studies and Clarkson University in partnership with Assemblyman Scott Gray (R-Watertown). These free, public events will explore the current reality and future potential of nuclear energy, a critical topic for New York state's energy landscape.

  • Jefferson Community College (JCC) is pleased to announce that registration is ongoing for its winter session classes beginning Monday, December 16, 2025 and wrapping up by Friday, January 16, 2026.

  • Adults ages 25-55 who have not yet completed a college degree may be eligible to attend Jefferson Community College (JCC) at no cost through New York State's SUNY Reconnect program. Jefferson will hold an information session on Monday, November 17, 2025, at 4:30 p.m. in the Commons, Jules Center (Building 6). Interested individuals may attend in person or online.
