Gov. Kathy Hochul has appointed community advocate and healthcare executive Erika Flint, Dexter, to a seven-year term on the Jefferson Community College (JCC) Board of Trustees, effective October 10, 2025. Flint, Executive Director of Fort Drum Regional Health Planning Organization (FDRHPO), brings two decades of experience in strategic planning, fiscal management, community collaboration, workforce development, and a deep understanding of regional needs to the Board.

Jefferson Community College (JCC) will present Yamatai, a dynamic Japanese drumming ensemble from Cornell University, on Thursday, November 20, 2025, at 6:30 p.m. in Sturtz Theater. Admission is free and the public is welcome. The JCC food closet welcomes donations of non-perishable food and hygiene items.
