Tuition payment plans
Budgeting for college can be a challenge. We are here to help you. If your costs are not covered by financial aid, then we offer an easy payment plan with 2-5 manageable payments.
Choose your payment method
- Automatic payment from checking or savings account (ACH)
- Automatic Payment from credit or debit card
- Regularly scheduled payments will process on the 1st of the month for the Summer plan and the 20th of the month for the Fall plan
Cost to Participate
- $25 nonrefundable enrollment fee per monthly payment plan
- Up to $30 nonrefundable returned payment fee if a payment is returned
Simple Steps to Enroll
- Log into MyJCC and select SOAR from the dropdown.
(How to access SOAR if you are not currently enrolled at JCC) - Click the four squares (top left) and choose Banner from the drop-down menu.
- Go to Students → Pay your Bill (under Student Account & Financial Aid).
- Select Payment Plan under Message Board on the left
Payers: If someone is paying on your behalf, you MUST first set them up as an Authorized
Payer.
Authorized Payers: If you are paying on behalf of the student, the student must access or set up their
account first and then add you as an Authorized Payer.

PAYMENT PLAN AVAILABILITY Availability of the payment plan is determined by SUNY Jefferson. Please be aware the college may elect not to have the payment plan available during specific times and dates.
