Governor Kathy Hochul's groundbreaking "New York State Opportunity Promise" initiative offers free tuition, fees, books, and supplies for New Yorkers aged 25 to 55 pursuing associate degrees at any SUNY community college. Targeting high-demand fields, the program aims to empower over four million working-age adults without a college degree, providing them with the skills needed for today's evolving job market. By removing financial barriers, this initiative not only enhances individual economic mobility but also strengthens New York's workforce to meet future demands.

New York State resident, ages 25-55

Has no previous Associates or Bachelors Degree
