Pay-in-Full Housing Discount Policy

The pay-in-full option is available to both new and returning residential students and offers a discount on housing charges when paid by the deadlines below.

Discount Structure:

New Students:

• 10% housing discount if payment is received by July 1
• 5% housing discount if payment is received by August 15

Returning Students:

• 10% housing discount if payment is received by May 15
• 5% housing discount if payment is received by August 15

Students who are admitted after August 15 may still be eligible for a 5% discount if their housing balance is paid in full at the time of move-in.

Additional Information:

• Discounts apply to housing charges only and do not include meal plans, fees, or other expenses.
• All pay-in-full payments are nonrefundable. If a student withdraws or leaves housing after the start of the term, no portion of the payment will be refunded.
• Students who move in to East Hall in the Spring have the same opportunity for a pay-in-full discount. Please  contact, Residence Life.
